Nesia stepped out from the cab, flashed a crimson colored smile to people on the doorway before sauntering past the hotel entrance. Her faux leather handbag swung slightly in her hand as she walked towards the receptionist table. The bag landed with a soft thud on the marble surface, while its owner took off her sunglasses.
"Good morning. How can I help you?"
She leaned on the table. "A reservation under Nesia Notonegoro." She handed over her ID. When she got her room keys, Nesia said the numbers loud and clear so everyone around the table would hear her. "Room 1207. Thank you." The receptionist's "have a good day" response sent her going to the elevator.
The Dixie Hotel was huge, its windows glowing golden in the morning sun. The building was an iconic sight in the Beverly Hills, which became the reason why the scriptwriters decided to bring it as one of their shooting location. As the choreographer of the fighting scene, she needed to see the exact location to use, the floor map and the exits available. Nesia had briefed the stunts and extra for their roles - which was quite easy - and now she was going to brief one of the main actors. His role happened to get lots of action scenes, so his briefing would take a longer time. To make it easier, Nesia decided to rent a room herself so they could talk and train without being bothered.
Of course she knew that people would whisper things behind her back if she was seen with Mr. Vash Zwingli, in a place that didn't indicate that their meeting was about business.
Nesia took off her heels and bounces on the soft mattress. She reached for her phone and messaged the actor about the meeting place, deliberately leaving out the room number. Hopefully he wasn't there yet so she could get a quick nap first.
